With Box Tops our school has been able to buy books for the library and sports equipment. The best thing is it is a way that anyone can give to their local school even if they do not have children attending. Everyone in my office has been putting aside their box tops for my son’s school. We have a special shoe box for the school that the staff leaves their box tops in.

    Thank you for the giveaway!

They haven’t helped my child’s school but they have helped my community. I think it’s great that gm, betty crocker, pillsbury, green giant, angel soft and a whole host of other products have the little boxtop that helps to pay for books, school equip, ent and a whole bunch of things. It’s particularly important in times like these when the schools face budget cuts like they are facing right now in my state.

I don’t have children, but I have over $100 of boxtops to take to a local school. Over 75% of the kids there live in poverty and boxtops provide school supplies for them. Some kids refuse to go to school without a notebook of the most popular star on it, but to these kids a 25 cent notebook is something their parents just can’t afford. Boxtops help get all the kids the absolute essentials so that children are able to have a pencil to do school work or a notebook to work their math problems!

The box tops for education program is more important than ever in our school district with all of the budget cuts, and another 1.5 million needing to be cut for next year.
